If you’ve ever had to play games with a group to break the ice and get to know each other, then you’ve probably played “Two Truths and a Lie.” Everyone thinks of two true facts about themselves (ideally that no one in the room knows about) and comes up with one lie. The idea is that everyone else will try to figure out what is true and what is false.
Instant Agenda makes it easy to moderate this ice-breaking game while also making a great first introduction to using Instant Agenda in your meetings.
Using a Planned Agenda, all your attendees will add a topic with their name and three “facts” about themselves.
Then, you step through as if running a meeting. You can just get a majority vote in the room or you can call a vote, making each voting option correspond with the number you think is the lie.
If desired, you can give out points for being correct or just move on to the next person.
