It’s one thing to claim that Instant Agenda can improve your meetings and another to see it actually improving week-to-week. Measuring this, of course, is quite a difficult problem, as we detail in our post Ineffective Meetings – Calculating the True Cost.
But today we’re introducing the meeting feedback feature, so you can see how your meetings are improving over time.
Once a meeting has ended, everyone in the meeting will be presented with a dialog to rate the overall effectiveness of the meeting. It is anonymous and voluntary, so your attendees can leave honest feedback or none at all.
As a moderator, to see the ratings for each session of your meeting, you can use the menu found in the Meeting space or on the My Meetings page and select the View Ratings option as seen below. This option, and access to the data on this page, is only available to moderators of the meeting.
This page will show the ratings for each time that the meeting has been run. When you hover over an individual rating, you can see the breakdown, including those that opted not to submit feedback.
If you are looking for ideas on how you can make your meetings more effective, check out our list of the 20 characteristics of effective meetings.
Thanks for your continued usage and support. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to use the feedback button in the app. Also, we’re always happy to hear from you directly — just schedule a 15-minute call with us using this link: https://calendly.com/instant-agenda/product-feedback
