During your meeting, one of the ways an attendee can participate is by leaving comments on the agenda topics. Many of you have told us how much you’d like to record these topic comments when sending out the session summary at the end of the meeting, which is why we’ve released our newest feature to do just that.
When you are preparing to send the session summary, all you need to do is check the box you see above, which will include the comments in your email, as shown below.
