We’ve already introduced how to Record Meeting Decisions. Now you can make them more collaborative by calling a vote. The vote will go out to all meeting attendees and once a vote is complete, you can record the results as a decision. This makes it easier to give all your attendees a voice in the decisions being made.

To get started with voting, click the CALL A VOTE button in the Decisions section.

Describe the decision being requested and start the vote …

… and your attendees will be presented with the voting options.

After each person votes, they’ll be shown the results in real-time. As a moderator, you decide when the voting is complete. Moderators can optionally record the vote as a decision.

When a decision is recorded from a vote, the decision notes and vote totals will be shown as part of the decision.

Thanks for your continued usage and support. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to use the feedback button in the app. Also, we’re always happy to hear from you directly — just schedule a 15-minute call with us using this link: https://calendly.com/instant-agenda/product-feedback
