Action Items in Instant Agenda are pretty versatile. You can customize your notifications and send them to external tools. You can assign them to multiple people at once and you can also manually remind those owners to get them done.
And along with all of these features, you can now create meeting level action items for yourself and your team.
This will make managing your tasks easier, as you don’t have to create a topic in order to make an action item and it can be done ahead of time without starting the meeting. You can create a meeting-specific action item from the Action Items tab of your meeting space.
