If you run meetings with Planned Agendas, you may have noticed that your attendees are not allowed to suggest topics like they can in a Collaborative Agenda meeting. Even though, as the moderator, it’s your meeting and your planned agenda, you may still want to include topics suggested by your attendees. We’ve heard this feedback from many of you.

So, we’re happy to announce that your attendees can now create topics for planned agenda meetings. Once a participant creates a topic, it’ll be placed at the bottom of the current agenda. It’s up to you, the moderator, to decide where in the agenda the topic should be placed (or you can remove it altogether).

We hope this makes your Planned Agenda meetings run more collaboratively.

Thanks for your continued usage and support. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to use the feedback button in the app. Also, we’re always happy to hear from you directly — just schedule a 15-minute call with us using this link: https://calendly.com/instant-agenda/product-feedback
