One of the most common requests we have received is the ability to delegate or let others run your meeting. You do take vacation occasionally, right?
Previously, as the meeting creator, you were the only one with the ability to run your meeting, take notes and add action items or decisions. What happens to the meeting when you go out of town? When you want additional note-takers? When you want to delegate running the meeting to someone else?
Instant Agenda strives to make meetings more productive by removing barriers like these, and removed it we have. Now, you can have multiple moderators for your meeting.
You can manage the moderators of a meeting from the dot-menu on the meeting page or from the My Meetings page.
From there you can add moderators using the button in the upper right.
Note that you are only able to delegate to someone with a moderator account in good standing. The person you delegate to must either have an active trial or paid account.
Thanks for your continued usage and support. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to use the feedback button in the app. Also, we’re always happy to hear from you directly — just schedule a 15-minute call with us using this link: https://calendly.com/instant-agenda/product-feedback
