Sometimes we all need a little help to remember the many tasks that fill our days. For actions items in Instant Agenda, we try to make this easier with reminder emails that get sent as your action items approach their due date. But sometimes that is not enough.
To help with this, we’ve added the ability for meeting moderators to manually send reminders to the owner of an action item. To use this, click the dot menu for an action item; you’ll see a new option Send Reminder to Owner.
Once this is selected, you’ll be given the opportunity to add a message to be included in the email. Here’s an example of how the email will look once it is sent.
